OUR METHODOLOGY
Our proprietary approaches lead to measurable and sustainable results
To attend the needs of our clients we have developed two major approaches:
Revenue Intelligence® and Brand Scheme Optimization.
Revenue Intelligence®
REVENUE ENHANCEMENT
In our Revenue Enhancement module we perform an extensive review of the banks processes, practices, and business rules to identify potential leakages and areas of improvement, resulting in the presentation of actionable recommendations with a direct impact on the bank's income levers.
A
CALCULATION ALGORITHMS
System failures detection

Settlement periods adjustment
C
FEE CHARGING CONCEPT
Fine tuning of existing fees and charges

MARKET ANALYSIS
Competitive analysis with statistical benchmarking
F
COSTS INVOLVED
Cost optimization
1
DATA GATHERING
The first step is the information assembly. All information we ask for is already available within the bank in the form of reports, client statements or contracts.
2
ANALYSIS & DETECTION OF OPPORTUNITIES
The second step is the start of the project on the client's premises. We start the analysis of the products in scope and detect first opportunities.
3
PROFITABILITY DIAGNOSIS
The third step is critical for the decision of moving forward with a strategy or not. In this step we assess the annual impact of each strategy for the bank.
4
PRESENTATION OF STRATEGIES
The fourth step consists of the presentation of the strategies and the start of the decision process of the bank.
5
IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
In the fifth step of the process the bank has already taken the decision regarding implementation. UPITE and the bank agree on the tracking models for measurement.
6
SYSTEM AUDIT & BILLINGS
In the sixth step of the process implementation has already taken place. UPITE will check the implementation based on specific statement information.

1
DATA GATHERING
The first step is the information assembly. The structure of the data model will be defined ad hoc so that it is very easy to export it for the purposes of the RA project.
2
DATABASE ANALYSIS
Correct design of the database through the information requirement allows the analysis of the entire portfolio. Any inconsistency is recorded and mapped for later follow-up. Real transactions are contrasted with the parameterization made by UPITE from the terms and conditions, of both the P&L account and the MIS reports.
3
LEAKAGE DETECTION
The third phase involves distinguishing leakages from accepted inconsistencies. This step is crucial to understand what can be optimized.
4
STRATEGY DESIGN & PRESENTATION
The fourth step consists of the presentation of the strategies and the start of the decision process of the bank.
